 Since 2013 Ryan Strickland through his portfolio of real estate focused companies: Restek Services (roofing, remodeling and repair of commercial and high-density residential sites), White Knight Development (multi-tenant developer), S&I Residential and Trident Homes (custom homes), has been Brazos County’s leading visionary developer and general contractor for commercial and high-density residential projects.  

 Eagle Scout and 2005 Graduate of Texas A&M with a B.S. in Leadership Development & Construction Science, started his career building for Lennar Homes in Houston in 2005. Ryan has designed and built $27 million worth of residential projects in Bryan/College Station over the past 9 years.

We believe that the revitalization of Bryan/College Station is essential to the future economic sustainability of the community as well as a safe environment for promoting a healthy/active lifestyle for its residents.
